Taking vitamin D3 or calcium necessitates using vitamin K2 as well! I've recently finished my last capsule, which was easy to swallow and well-packaged. I used it with D3 and Calcium, as it maximises vitamin absorption and effectiveness. Notably, my bone pain during gym workouts has ceased, making this an excellent supplement for strengthening my bones and teeth.
